We made it here in one piece!

The plane was obviously full of people going to San Antonio on holiday, quite rowdy and excited. It was ok though, good to be in the excitement of a holiday.

When we got our transfer bus there were only two other people on there, not the same sort of atmosphere as on the plane but it was getting late and we wanted to be at our hotel so we didn't mind.

When we got there the place seemed really nice, we had a two minute walk from the bus stop over the road to our hotel, Hostal La Perla. When walking into the reception there was no one about, after a couple of minutes we realised there was a piece of paper with James May written on the front taped to the desk. Inside were the keys to our room and everything we needed to know about the hotel written in felt tip pen. It was great, just what we wanted, nice and relaxed!

After dumping our bags in our room, and having a quick look around we went straight down to the hotel bar and got a couple of beers! We were ready for them. We got something to eat, had few more beers and then went up to bed to get some sleep ready to do some proper exploring in the morning.
