We arrived with our hosts Deane and Kathy in the Spice Island and have just finished our 5 day Caribbean cruise on a luxury 60ft yacht. Traveling in a custom that we're not used too but loved every moment of it. We sailed south from St Vincent, past Bequia to Mustique where we enjoyed our first sun downers in Fire Fly cocktail bar. Followed by an incredible meal in the Cotton House. We were rubbing shoulders with millionaires and getting a sneaky peak into holiday homes of the rich and famous. Including Tommy Hilfiger and Mick Jagger.

The next day we sailed to Canouan where Deane and I played the Trump International Golf Course. We were constantly taking pictures of the spectacular scenary and the local tortoises on the course trying our best not to run any over in our cart!

We also visited the Tobago Cays and Petit Saint Vincent, and we found another potential candidate for the best beach on our travels. The pictures will tell all.

We went to the waterfall yesterday where we got engaged and we watched some people jumpin. We didn't take part this time due to a few horror stories of people entering the water in a bad position.

Today we're heading to see the leather back turtles nesting onshore in the north of the island and we're going for a "hash", some kind of orienteering adventure.

Our last couple of days will be chilling and packing. Not long until we'll be back in the UK. Exciting!
