Heidi: Yeah, are tour guide is Jess. I recognised her straight away from coming in the cafe! Forgot to tell you all that yesterday we both had snake wine. This is wine that has snakes soaking in it. Not that nice really, tastes like a strong spirit. We went on a bike ride this morning through some of the most beautiful sights we have ever seen, it was literally like riding through a painting or something. There were farmers using water buffalo to plough the fields evrywhere and we went down some really narrow streets with people living in huts. Just like you see on tv. This afternnon we had a cooking class which was fun. We made five tradional chinese dishes from the start. It was down in some ladies farmhouse in the middle of nowhere. Moving again tomorrow (not that we want to!) so will update as soon as we get the chance. Speak soon xx
