This was a pit stop just making my way back up north. I didn't take any pictures so I apologize. Anyways on to what I did while here.

I arrived Friday night at the Zen Hostel. I met Eros, Jim, and Peter and we cooked out on the grill in the back. Eros is the assistant manager at the hostel. Jim is the hostel handy man. Peter is a 32 year old traveller from Denmark. He bought a bike when he arrived in the states and is touring the country on his hog.

On Saturday Peter and I decided that we would go play a round of golf. We found a cheap local course and played out there. Peter, turns out, is a beginner... fired a 126 at em and that was generous. Also, we got paired with two others who were also beginners. I was more of a ball spotter and spectator than a golfer that day, but I was out there so no worries. It was an OK course.

On Sunday I went to church at a local Presbyterian church and got to listen to a sermon on "You are Fortunate". I was so lucky to have stumbled upon that by chance... a real gem . Anyways, I didn't even have to interact with anyone the entire time I was there; however, the person next to me did slide the welcome pad towards me in a very inconspicuous manner, so that was somewhat of a thrill(I hope you have picked up the sarcasm by this point).

Off to Brunswick.
