As the saying goes, "Be it ever so humble", there truly is, no place like home.
Catching up with family and friends, excitedly boring them with our story and pictures, getting back into a routine etc etc...
But after about two weeks back, we were ready to hit the road again !

Although looking back from 2017 has left a few blank spots in the last
few entries in our blog, it was an amazing adventure.


I have re-read the blog from start to finish and the little stories along the way weave
themselves into the tapestry of a fantastic experience for both Father
and Son.

We are very fortunate to be in a position to explore the world
and experience irreplaceable, life long memories, forming bonds that only
traveling together can provide.

Brad, hopefully, we will once again be able to amble our way around the world, but in the mean time, there is a little matter of completing your education and establishing a career.
The world will be there waiting for you to explore when you're ready, there is no hurry, it isn't going anywhere soon.

The best advice I can give you... When you do get the urge to travel... just GO !!
Don't put it off, don't second guess yourself, don't wait for the right time... just GO !!
Don't let anyone else decide when it is time... just GO !!
When it all seems too hard or you can't afford it... just GO !!
It is always the right time to begin an adventure.

I love you Son, more than you will ever know !
