Day 3 (Washington State University) - Spokane, Washington United States

This morning Joe took me to Idaho to see the Lewiston Clarkston Valley. We pulled off the side of the highway to a sightseeing overlook to take pics of the gorgeous rolling hills scenery. The hills looked very brown, and but in the summer they are green making the scene more breath taking. Later that evening, along with a few of Joe's staff members, we drove to Moscow, Idaho, which was like a 30min drive. We went to this hidden gem restaurant called the Bagel Shop. They serve a wide range of bagels. I got the Banana Surprise - cream cheese, banana slices, and cinnamon - steamed on a poppy seed bagel. Later that night I did laundry and was shocked to find out that doing laundry here doesn't cost anything! Heck yes!
