Bob Fox Rebecca, Its been worth the long wait for your next batch of photos. I'm so glad that the Istanbul shots got fixed. I particularly like being on the terrace with you guys, and seeing all the different views of the houses, the Bosphorus, and the blue mosque. And then, the great shots of Ephesus, the two teasers of Antalya - and then... Rhodes is really beautiful - you get its medievalness, its Greekness, its Ottomanness, the sea and the walls. And of course the cats. Makes me really want to go. And as soon as I saw your shots of the Venetian castle in Rethymnon I was brought back to my visit there in 1974 - what great views of the sea from that place. What I had forgotten is how beautiful Rethymnon itself was. Again, thanks so much for the richness and immediacy of these photographs. Can't wait to read the accompanying blog about the Greek Islands.

Bob Fox Rebecca, Thanks so much for the wonderful photographs of Romania - both the Miklosvar shots and the shots of the Bucovina monasteries and countryside. The shots of the monasteries are better than anything I have seen in any albums. I particularly like the seraphi (is that plural for seraphim?) in four different churches - the ones in Arbore I did not see when I was there, and wish I did. Your photos, like Scott's will keep all this alive for me forever. Dad

Judy You provide the perfect escape for me when i'm in these cubicle walls. Your next adventure sounds like it'll be alot of work but also alot of fun...you do gooders (sp?) I hope they have internet there so you can keep up with your blog. I dearly miss you both. Have fun with the other youngins and make the forests prettier. i'm sure the trees will appreciate it. bye love!
