Oh i forgot to mention in the last blog about the fact James & Me had booked a whole day of snorkelling for… today. So today we are snorkelling! We were up bright and breezy today to get our ferry from Ko Lanta to Phi Phi. I was sad about leaving Lanta, i've loved it so much here and i have missed feelings about Phi Phi having heard a lot of mixed opinions but we're here so we'll give it ago! The ferry left at 8am and luckily only took about an hour. I did not realise however that there were NO cars/motorbikes or anything with a motor (apart from boats) on the island of Phi Phi. We visited Lanta Old Town again this morning, just so we could sit on some comfy seats and look out onto the sea whilst getting a tan + sipping on a mango and passion fruit smoothie! In the evening we decided to eat eat at a restaurant the reason for this actually was because our trusty chicken kebab van at the market wasn't there! and we refused to pay double the price for one that wasn't half as tasty, Even though we spent more elsewhere that wasn't the poi...

Today we decided to travel further than Lanta Old Town, Just as we passed the town we noticed a little cafe which looked like it had amazing views so i got James to turn around and he went in for a drink (and an ice cream) The view was amazing and you could see out to a small deserted island, I instantly thought i wanted to kayak out to it but James didn't comment back so i discarded the idea quickly! Today was a good and bad day. We decided to go down into the Old town to grab some food and ended up at a sea front small restaurant called Apsara, it was lovely and quiet but right on the sea. All i really remember is having the best chocolate sundae, it was awesome and James had a Vanilla milkshake.
