South of Mazatlan the toll roads get weird. Instead of 2 lanes each way like a normal cuota (tollroad), they are 1 1/2 lanes. Makes for cheaper overpasses but some tricky passing. Approaching curves you'll see trucks all driving half on the shoulders and cars, even semi's, passing on curves willy nilly like it's nothing at all. Took some time to get used to, but Bob managed!
