Hey Friends and Fam, We made it to Amsterdam at 7:30 in the morning, after a 9 hour + flight from seattle. Our hostel is very close to the train station, and actually in the Red Light District. We powered around town for a few hours, touring the Anne Frank house, which was pretty incredible. 8 people in an attic behind a bookshelf with out anyone knowing is amazing. The next necessary stop was the Heineken Brewery/Museum. For 10 Euros we got a tour, 3 free beers and free gift (bottle opener). The real bonus was that when all the lightweights kept handing us their unused chips for more free beer. We fought the good fight and stayed through the next few waves of people. Next was a power nap and a stop at the internet cafe. Now it is time to eat our 6th meal of this 48 hour day, and walk around the Red Light District window shopping!
