The Day After the INCA TRAIL & MACHU PICCHU: _________________________________________ The Inca Trail is Peru's best known hike, combining a stunning mix of Inca ruins, mountain scenery, lush cloud-forest and rich subtropical jungle, before ultimatly arriving at the Stunning Machu Picchu after a 45km trek, usually covered in 4 days, up mountains and down Valleys. We Started the INCA TRAIL on the 25th of September and have 'Just' made it. We have both written a little something about each day of the treck, our feelings and then the final day and arriving at Machu Picchu.
