It sounds a fab place.  I'm going to take a look at the photos.  Theresa said u look fab.  I bet u can't wait to go down under and then it's look out girls, the stud has arrived, ha! ha!

hi Dave, I have finally got to this page with help from Kathy.  I hope I can send you many more without any help. It all sounds absolutly Fab, I think we should all have a year out and follow you(would't be fair to join you) HA HA.  By now you must have a good tan and body with all that training. Your photos are great and I look forward to seeing many more. Alex and John have travelled up to Liverpool early this morning with Andrew and James to see Liverpool at Anfield they were all so excited. Kathy is hear we are expecting Mary any time now, we are spending the day together, weather is lousy, pouring with rain, so we may hit the shops for some retail therepy. Im up Heidi's looking at your photos they are superb. The photos of the pool and the beach look absolutely great. No wonder Aunty Kath goes there every year.

Its boring home mam and I have nothing to do now,,there is no mess to tidy up, your bedroom is the tidiest ive seen for a while. Im still finding my mobile difficult, went to show Heidi your text but it seems ive deleted your message. As you are probably aware due to the early morning phone call u received Aunty Mary slept over last night. She said your bed is very comfortable.

I'm not sure about the pictures of the fighting but Nigel think they are great,,he would!!!

I do like the pictures of the Spa i can imagine me having a leisurely swim, followed by a jacuzzi, then i lie down oh and of course a glass of pimms or two or three.

Kayleigh is off to London tomorrow to see Billy Elliott and Beth & Cerys are going to Mums after school, no doubt they will bring them home to have a look at your blog,,,,not that i mind because i will have a lovely long day to myself,,,like Aunty Kathy i was not meant for housework either.

Anyway time to go, make sure Cerys has done her homework and is getting ready for bed.

Back home in Bristol earlier than expected.  That's the good news, the bad news.. I have to do housework, God, I was so not meant for this!

How's the training and the weight loss?  Muscle weighs more than fat, I don't expect you've lost any yet, but I bet you're beautifully toned, or at least, getting there.

What about meditation... any classes?  Put you in the right frame of mind for Patong... calm, clear headed etc. etc.

What about the shopping?  Come on spill the beans.  Hope you're not like all men completely boring when it comes to shopping.

What about surfing... great this time of the year.  I'm sure you're aware of the under-current.  Oops, I shouldn't have said that, your parents will be panicking!   Ride the surf and enjoy.

Nice to hear your voice on sunday, its reassuring to know that your enjoying yourself. I sent you a text today that was my first one and Beth helped me, also i received your text.

Heidi has shown me your pictures the beach looks fab cant wait to see more.
