LAST FEW DAYS OF MY TRAVELS :(

When i woke up in Bluff i was woken up with my breakfast cooked and placed next to me, which was so lovely and a nice surprise! Once i had ate it all up, we hit the road Dunedin. On the way we read the Lonely Planet which actually said the best thing about Dunedin was leaving...so our hopes for the place were not so high! We continued on and wanted to go and see some penguines and seals that apparently just chill on the beach. After about a 3 hour drive we didnt see anything. SO disapointed!

So we hit the road again and ended up driving through Christchurch. It was so weird because it literally looked like all the earthquakes had happened the day before we arrived! What was really crazy was there was a boat in the side of a shop which im really confused to how that got there. As it actually looked like it had been dropped from the sky! We decided that we were going to camp that night, so we went a bottle shop and then headed to a find a camp site. Unfortunatly we couldnt find a single one in Christchurch so we drove up to the next place called Kaikoura which was only 30 min drive away. AGAIN there was absoloutly nowhere to camp..until we spotted a sign for the beach! When we eventually got there Alaska made the biggest fire ever! we then sat and looked up at the millions upon millions of stars! i then slept in the car whilst he slept in a tent!

The next morning we hit the road stopping in various places for food but mainly headed for Nelson. To actually get into Nelson the road goes round a mountain and its so twisty and has a million sharp corners. Whilst i was driving round it I had an idiot right up my ass and was in a long snake like queue of cars! It was one of the most horrible experiences i had whilst driving! The next day i got news my friend Eliott was going to be in Nelson that afternoon so i dropped Alaska off at Abel Tasmin which was a national park about an hour away and then went to meet Eliott. Once i saw him he was playing football with some boys he had met. the best thing about them was they all had bought matching coats which were from the 80s that were all different colours and therefore re-named themselves 'The Rainbows' in which they had also made up a theme song to Robbie Williams - Loving Angels instead. Me and Eliott went off to get some food and then we parked up to eat it. it was so dark and there were so many beautiful stars and then to my amazement we saw a shooting star! That is the first ive ever seen!!

The next day was boring. I picked up Alaska who was clearly annoyed at me for some reason but i have no idea why, and im unsure to this day why. But we drove to Blenheim and stayed over night in a hostel. The next day we drove to Picton/Wellington ferries. We literally only just made it on the afternoon ferry because we were in such a rush that day as we woke up late and traffic was not on our side!
On the ferry i needed to get on my Facebook for a number as i was meeting my friends Jamie and Will (who i met in Coogee) and needed to get there number so i could tell them what time i was at Wellington. They had kindly agreed to give me a lift up to Auckland which i had flight to get home from. I made friends with these three New Zealand guys and i borrowed there phone to get the number and also ring them! I totally forgot to sign out and after spending a good three hours with them they fraped me! It actually was a funny frape but i had no idea until a few days later!

The next week i was with the boys and there friend Tom and we travelled round the north island camping every single night. We all probably stunk!! Not much happened because i was really ill and was either sleeping, eating or throwing up. NOT COOL.

Once i was in Auckland i was still really ill and then got food poisoning from a tuna sandwich. Basically the last week was the worse week of my life and i just couldnt wait to get home. The hostel i was staying at had bed bugs so i got bitten alive! The boys had all carried on so i was basically on my own!

When the day came that i had my flight home i was so so happy because i was so upset that i just couldnt wait to get home! As my flight was at 6am and i had ran out of money to pay for another nights accomodation, i actually had to sleep in the airport. Defo not a highlight of my life! Finally it was time for my first flight out of three. This flight went to Sydney and i was there for a day. Instead of chill in the airport all day, i went to visit my friends in Coogee! It was so lovely seeing them and i arrived at 9am so i got to wake them all up haha!

I had a lovely catch up with Lise, Andrew James, Jon and Claire and all the others! i just loved being back. Jon then took me back to the airport where i had my 14hour flight to Abu Dhabi! When we were landing we actually were just about to land, as in the wheels were literally just about to touch, but then we set off again!! it was the weirdest thing ever! I later found out it was because of a tail wind.

We eventually landed and in the airport waiting for my third and final flight i made friends with a lovely girl called Julianna and her boyfriend from blackpool/liverpool and then a randomer called Sam. I found out we were all on the flight from Sydney! We all were so gutted to be going home as we shared all our experiences together and wished we were back in Australia! When i was on the plane i had the weirdest girl next to me, she was from India and was showing me pictures. What freaked me out the most was that she was obviously a polce women back whereever she lived and she showed me pictures of people she had shot. I would be lying if i said i wasnt scared of her! But she was one of the most annoying people to sit next to for 7hours!

Once i landed i had a mini cry as i was completely gutted to be home and then got a lovely welcome in the airport from my Dad and Nana ilia. Which we then went straight to the shop to see my mum and then went home where Sienna was chilling and my beautiful dog - Billy! And eventually got to see Adam and we all had a chinese and then i passed out on the sofa......
