Thank you for answering all the questions. We are learning such a lot and we all want to go to Ghana. Maybe you could take us with you the next time. We are all really quiet and you wouldn't know we were with you!
Hope you have a wonderful time travelling around Ghana. We all want to meet you if you ever have time . Good luck and Happy Saint Patrick's Day.

Young Kearney!!
Hope lifes treating you well!
You will be glad to know Pre-Season is as tough as ever.....circuits, running, circuits, running & more bloody circuits!
Gabey Goat hasnt made a lot, though hes been telling boys that he's been on the old Skype teaching you some tricks of the trade in being a top class Bricky ......Congo style lol
McGarry is still a "tank" & Gary Boyle is out injured ........again!
Be great to get ya back & bring the average age of the team back up a bit........far too many youngsters
You do that tackling drill with the kids over there yet?
The one Rony Mac loved? lol
Take it easy man!

Young Kerbs - you are looking good kiddo - half the man you were when you left (keep up the hard labour though, never saw you sweating that much at training - doing you the world of good). Good to see you are doing some good in the world.
Things at the 'Theatre of Dreams' are going great - just in the midst of pre-season here, the boys are absolutely loving it - just lapping it up - you know how it is yourself.
Looking forward to getting you back - Gabey Goat reckons he doesn't even have to show up at training ,Watters is crapping it cause the wife is going to go into labour any day soon, the Boylers are still roaring the head off each other,Rhino seems to have left the planet and McGarry is training for a charity boxing match in Burren (apparently they are lining up to get into the ring with him )
Things are going good - we have a 'fast-track' training schedule for you when you return to bring you up to speed with the others. Keep up the good work.
ps - any chance of getting Ants, Larry, Rony Mac and McGarry out there - they are finding it hard to shift the 'old extra tyre and could do with the same treatment you had !!
