last night was brilliant no drink no alcohol = dam good nights sleep !,
we are now leaving the island of koh pha-ngan, which has been nothing but beach parties , we did try and rent a scooter but then found out that we wernt the most experienced of drivers and the deposit would kill our bugets if we wer to lose it!,
the first night on the island we met up with tom powell and had a quiet one.. but tj sprained his ankle!, so the next day me n tom powell reanted a bike ( he drove thank god) and shot of to see the most amazing beach and waterfall, (pics are on facebook),
that next night we played poker with some canadians ( 500 baht richer!) and then met up with two english lasses ( grace and steph ) and played some serious drinking games - went down to the beach - played limbo (where the bar was on fire - and danced to bob sinclair / basehunters! ouff,

thursday night was a pool party at our bunglows , so we cross dressed and danced the night away + played a game of attacking each other in the pool + met up with 3 guys from england , jack jack and drew.... the rest of our time here has been spent with them, so many drinking games / laughs / dressing up as super heros / all wearing our track tops out / cross dressing again!,

the food here is amazing, chicken shnitzels have replaced a drunken builth kebab 2000! and porridge with cinamon has replaced shreddies - phad thai is also STILL a regular choice!,

the one downer to this place has been my foot , i trod on glass and it bled everywhere , so i went to a pharmacy and got it all cleaned out , its been a week now and its all healed up nicely!, the first pharmacy i went to tried to charge me 20,000 baht for 19 ? stiches, so a girl we met took me to a better pharcy as she had done the same thing a week before, he cleaned it out there and just told me to keep it clean!...an email from mum including advice from sheila ( thanks sheila ) and a week of taking care of it has got it all sorted .

me tom and cox found a playstation 3 / internet cafe , so have been playing pes ( winning eleven out here ) religiously during the day...

the actual full moon was a mahuuusive party , full of buckets chang and dancing...the next day me and jack neil got up and went to the after party at 8 in the morning. its madd, the place was called backyard and it was the biggest dive is seen, people passed out , glass everywhere, some more dancing was done tho! then we all went down to a beach which was absolute paradise , the nicest resort ive ever seen and the clearest water and the best hangover cure...

anyway we now all feel like getting away from this crazy drunken place. we need to extend our visa's so we are heading across to burma ( for an hour) then coming back into thailand and heading down to phuket to see mr carey!,

so tonight at 8.30 we leave here for a huge detoxicating session!,
