This Godless Endeavor
Hey all,
Once again the sun woke us up nice and early, we have had amazing weather up until now. I got out of bed slightly earlier than most other people, however still not as earlier as Andy, who had been up most of the night anyway. Nik was sleeping heavily and we were trying not to wake him up. A lot of people looked very rough this morning and it was amusing to watch them all wandering round like lost souls.
We really needed to recover today and so not a lot happened. We lazed around in Nik's garden and with the return of Lars, Nik and Tim went out wakeboarding behind the power boat. They came back mostly in tact. I, however, read quite a lot of my book, and Andy set about trying to learn Japanese from a book, he's not doing too badly.
In the evening we got a huge amount of Pizza and set ourselves a beer drinking challenge, it was six beers per person and we would drink more beer than last night.
Again we gathered pinecones and headed back down to the beach. Once again we built a fire, and sat around, although people were much less receptive of drinking today, mostly because of last night. However we all tried anyway. I managed to hit my six by the end of the night, however no one else was quite as good, the average being four. One of Nik's friends arrived again with some of her friends, who were from Egypt and brought with them Shisha (I don't know how to spell it the naive boy I am) the flavoured tobacco for those who don't know, and whilst the others got cold and tired, Nik and I stayed up talking with them. Since they talked in Arabic, Danish and English interchangeably I only understood 1/3rd of the conversation, and Nik only understood 2/3rds. It was still pretty hilarious, and we learn the word for a female Banana. We hit our tent at about 1:30 AM which was pretty awesome, as Nik said out loud "LOL".
Tomorrow Copenhagen and Tivoli gardens.
Cya Chris.
