I arrived in Surfers Paradise on Thursday, took a flight from Melbourne to Brisbane with Chris. Spent Thursday and Friday going out on the town with Chris' work friends who came up for a Conference. Had lots of fun and went to loads of clubs. Chris left to fly bak to Melbourne because he had to work on Monday so i checked uout of our nice hotel and checked into the Sleeping Inn hostel on Peninsular Drive. Met some really cool people. Went out for a few drinks with them on Sunday and spent the day sun bathing and walkin on the beach. Got a bit burnt even though it was overcast and a bit windy! Typical! Staying in Surfers for another night then headin up to Brisbane tomorrow morning. Plan is to carry on making my way up north to Cairns. Will be meeting Chris in three weeks so cant wait for that!
