Ola! Hope you're ok and not getting into toooooo much trouble! Spain was alright, but couldn't get Dom off of his PSP... was close to taking the game out the back and shoving it somewhere!! Learnt some Spanish, namely 'Dos cervezas por favour' Went to Barcelona, shops were great :) Not much gossip - apart from Mum's 'experience' at Caz's wedding - but i'll let her tell you all about that LOL!!! James from work is going on his travels next week - he is going to Bali and Indonesia for six weeks, then off to Oz... if you happen to be there, make sure you find him... Bondi beach on NYE! Gwynth Paltrow is pregnant too; racial tensions in Brum (Lazelle) resulting in huge riots and stabbings etc; and apparently wasps are now being used instead of sniffer dogs to detect drugs!! Hmmmm. Can we have some more postcards please and some pictures too!
Yvonne
Posh is pregnant again - can you believe that! Their ex-butler is baout to blow the lid on the Becks/David rlationship ........ can't wait! Fourth baby - haven't they heard about saving the planet? And ref message below - it wasn't the owner living in the sewer pipes and living on rats and other things - it was Keith the boa constrictor:) :) :) And food for thought on your travels - if all the mothers in China start using disposable diapers for all those babies, it will be the end of the rain forests within TWO YEARS. Spk soon. Y xxxxxxx
Yvonne
Hiya Becks! Your travels are just amazing - lI love reading about your trip of a lifetime. You seem to be drinking a lot - is this normal for a young lady of your age? I'm sure when I was a girl of your age we didn't partake of the demon alcohol to that extent. (Yes, I know that explains it all!!)
It's turned to winter here almost overnight - it's now grey and drizzly and COLD. And the big news is that we will probably have a new conservative leader by this time tomorrow - and it won't be Ken Clarke - he fell at the first hurdle. I have a feeling it is going to be the new young Blair-looking one ....... Grandma will be so shocked! AND Grant and Phil return to East Enders next week - can't wait. AND, can you believe Shelley is leaving Corrie. Havng just gone through that nervous breakdown, she now feels strong enough to quit. AND, Keith the 25ft Boa Constrictor was captured in a block of flats in Birmingham or Manchester (or somewhere up North like that) where it had been living wild for the last 5 months in the sewer pipes after his owner was ejected - surviving on rats and "other things". Can you imagine sitting on that in the middle of the night?!
Looking forward to reading your next instalment. TAKE CARE.
Love, YP xxx

Hello. Only me. Just to let you know that I have texted my cousin (Mark), in Bangkok, so he is expecting you. Two things though, don't let him take you to Patpong or Bar Dog.....Oh and if you try any spirits read the label first (Esp. Samsong)
Glad your enjoying it.

Good morning! I have just found your postcards - for a technology specialist I am deeply ashamed!! Sounds like you are having great fun pickling your liver. Sounds like you will also come home with an Aussie accent! Shame about the battery recharger - only you could manage that. Not much news here - Katie is in Spain at the moment. Your Dad went to feed the cats last night and Toby took exception to him and bit him - he was not amused!! Off to Cas's wedding this weekend then she is off to track you down - she was so excited she was bouncing off the walls. She went on her hen night at the weekend - I will let her fill you in with the details but she can now 'pole dance'. Tomar is missing you - I keep finding him in your bedroom. WInter is now setting in at last - it has been a lovely October - still have lots of leaves on the trees. Grandma and Aunty yvonne send their love. I am going to forward this site to Yvonne and Vivienne so they can drop you a line. I will print off the 'postcards' and post them to Grandma to read. Im off to Kent next weekend to take Grandma shopping..
Well I guess I had better get out of bed and go to work.
Missing you lots. Take care. Love Mum XXX

Hiya, hoping you a survivng the 'rough life' - sure you are having fun! By now you should have seen the Terracottat soldiers and survived a very long overnight train journey down to Chengdu...see - I am keeping track of you!
Normal life her (well, for me anyway). Had a visitor knock on the door on Tuesday evening - Daniel (your step brother) thought he would pop down for a few days - brought his new girlfriend (Gemma, 17 yrs - bright and bubbly). Kate and Dom popped over - had an argument between themselves - we all had a good laugh at their expense. Well, off to another meeting. Catch up soon.

Hi, so glad you arrived safely AND with your luggage - a miracle!!! Didn't take you long to find a young man then......shame about Granny Kumar but if she had her sense of humour I'm sure you had an interesting evening.
Tell us more about the group - are they old/young/nem/women/good looking????
Shame about the walk - I bet you were gutted!!
Well it is normal routine here - housework and shopping - took your father and his credit card out on Sunday and bought myself some more clothes - that was after I sent him out for a bike ride with the dog (Tomar says woof) whilst I had a nice lie in!! Back to work now. Cas says hi.
Love you lots. Have a fantastic time and keep in touch. Don't do anything that I wouldn't - that gives you quite a lot of scope!!
Love Mum
