Thursday 25th
Once again the alarm is set for 5am and today it could not be ignored, we are being picked up at 6.30am to be taken to Dubai Airport for our long trip home,
After a quick shower, last minute packing, check the room and check out, and the driver was on time, driving out to the airport we were able to watch the sun come up, and another day was about to begin.
Check in at the airport was a breeze and passport control easy and then into duty free, nope, I'm over the shopping, although I did a last minute perfume purchase, quick Latte and then to the boarding gate,
First leg of our trip home was to Singapore, which was just over 6 hours flying and arrived on time with a 45 minute lay over, then board again for the trip to Melbourne, another 7plus hours but by now we are flying overnight,
Arriving at Tullarmarine, Friday 26th at 7.50am, loving e-ticket, out of there in no time, pick up bags, nothing to declare then out side to a sunny but definatley cold Melbourne day. And then on our way back to Bendigo.
Our trip is over.
