Bun Cha
For lunch, we went to one of the many restaurants in Hanoi that seem to specialize in exactly one dish, and that's all they serve. Here, we had a lunch of spring rolls and grilled pork, with a soup of noodles, fresh greens, garlic, and hot peppers. The place was four stories tall, and from the sidewalk outside to the 4th floor, it was packed with Vietnamese.
