The lake behind me is where McCain crashed after being shot down and later yanked out of his plane (aka saved by the Vietnamese, according to them). There is a small memorial to the US Air Force here (couldn't figure out how that happened), but if you look closely, you'll see John McCain's name in the writing on the left of the memorial.
