As you travel you create a bucket list. 2019 was going to be the year we would complete one off that list, but as you all know sometimes your plans just don't work out so in this case we had to rethink and found a travel plan that actually takes you around the world with no time frame to complete, no limit on the stopovers as long as you keep going forward, so here we go from Melbourne to Dubai, stopover night and then on to Europe, first stop Milan, from here is our base for a few days while we travel by train to explore Venice and the Lake Como district, fly to Munich and on to Fussen for a few days, back to Munich and fly to Kraków to visit the camps and the salt mines, back to Munich and onto Berlin, finally flying to England for a change over on our way to New York for a week to just see places we missed the last time we rushed around this city and this time at a more leisurely pace, finally on to San Francisco and then to Melbourne, home to Bendigo. We will have flown around the world approximately 42,315 kilometres and I think we visit 6 countries.
So come along with us and hopefully you will enjoy it as much we plan to do so

David Bruce-Steer Just found your blog by chance while exploring the offexploring app. I assume you are an Australian living in Bendigo. I was there recently (I live in Sydney) and discovered the Jade Buddha who now lives in a stupa just out of the town. If you are not aware of it please visit it. Most amazing Google Jade Buddha Bendigo for more info. Cheers
