Last night we got roughly 4 hours sleep, damn jet lack!! Today we woke early to head for the rural areas of Bangkok, an hour out via a posh mini bus, 30 mins via long tail boat and we arrived arrived at the floating markets! For lunch I enjoyed peanut Thai noodles, cooked on the river by a local! Believe it or not I actually managed to eat my first ever meal with chop sticks !! Once arriving back we headed for the biggest shopping centre around, everything...

We are now back in our 5* hotel, showered and air conditioning on! Reflecting on the night... Well we have seen lots and lots of lady boy's this evening ... Interesting characters to say the least! We arrived back via Tuk Tuk. Tuk Tuks are made for 3 we squeezed 5 in! Our theory was safety in numbers, we didn't want two going alone! We have to be up early tomorrow, for the floating market .... Spend spend spend!

Well where shall I start ... We met our CEO (tour leader) she is great and is Thai herself, so therefore knows everything and speaks nearly fluent English! We met our group, they are all between the ages of 20-30 from all walks of life and countries! Another couple a little older than ourselves from Market Harborough! Everyone seems lovely.
