...well we finally made it out of Cairns. We had to buy a flight to Brisbane which is about a 1/3 of the way down the east coast. It meant we had to miss out a few places in Queensland because the floods were so bad! Unfortunatly we had already booked and payed for some trips that we missed and were not refunded for! So we flew to Brisbane and then took the Greyhound bus back up the coast to 1770 (Agnes Water) a small coastal town. We stayed in a beautiful hostel...
