BennyBeanBears Travels
My travels 2017
it was a bit late but I
got bundled into the hand luggage and didn't know where I was going
and wasnt let out for 2 days when I found myself on the 66th
floor of a high rise in Dubai over looking the Palm Islands on Dubia
harbour. D said that we flew on a Boing dreamliner but he recons its
more like a nightmare liner as the seats seem to be designed for
hunchback midgets and I dont think they would be comfortable in them.
Anyway D booked on a
dune bashing trip and we went out into the desert in a Land Cruiser
and did some dune bashing and rode a Camel and watched a show
consisting of a belly dancer , a fire eater and some kind of whirling
dervish.
L had to stay in
Australia because there was unfinished business there so I didn't
have my camera with us so another guy on the trip with us took some
photos which I will try to load.
The next day we had to
be up at 4 in the mourning to catch the shuttle bus to Abu-Darbi
airport to fly to England and this time we had an Airbus 380 which is
a great improvement on the Boing.
We landed safely at
heathrow and got the underground to Victoria and then a train to Ford
and then on to Arundel.
Next day we went and
started up the Range Rover and then got it MOT ed so now we have a
set of wheels to get around in.and then went to Lyminster to
dewinterise the Van and set it up for staying in.
