A lot has happened during the last couple of days. On our 2nd day in the Flinders we went for quite a hike. We set out to reach St Marys peak, which is the highest point and has a 360 degree view of the mountains. It was going to be a 14km trip, 7 km out and 7 km back. Okay, we didn't go to Wilmington after all. When leaving Belair Caravan Park we had a talk to the manager who convinced us that Wilpena Pounds in Flinders Range National Park was a much better place to visit. So we made a quick decision and headed off further north.We were easily convinced because others had talked a lot about this place also. This is the first post on my blog and I will start off by giving you a quick run down of what has been happening since we left Melbourne on the 30th of September. I was very optimistic thinking we could drive down Maysia St. at 7.00 am; however it was 9.30 before we hit the road. This camping life will take some getting use to.
