Our 3rd time in Bangkok!! It was nice coming back, knowing where everything was, our way around etc. Felt almost like home! We used our last few days to do some last minute shopping, clearing our rucksacks of stinking clothes and filling them with shiny new things instead!

On Sunday we visited Chatuchat Market which is absolutely massive!! Row after row after row of souveniers, pashminas, bags, buddhas, chopsticks...you name it , they've got it. 'You want a guinea pig dressed in a pink skirt with matching handbag? Right this way sir!' (seriously no joke). We must have spent about 7 hours in the market, I'm sure we visited everything twice without realising it! Actually made me quite dizzy!

The next day we spent around Kohsan Rd, lapping up the atmosphere and trying to squeeze in as many meals as possible! we will miss thai food!! we visited the local supermarket and bought lots of ingredients so we can make lots of the dishes from our Thai cookery course back home. It was pretty tricky finding all of the right stuff, our Thai reading is still not so good! Hope we don't poison anyone by accident :p

It was definately a few days of mixed emotions...excitement at going home to see our friends and family after so long, but sadness that it's over.
