Hi, looks like you loved New Zealand as much as we did, there´s so much to see and do there. Hope you get better weather than us in Fiji as we pretty much had rain every day for 10 days! We´re in Bolivia now nearing the middle of our 1 month whistle stop tour of South America and having a good time. Maybe our paths may cross in LA? We fly back in on the 6th July i think...

We're still following your journey and feeling extremely jealous. Your pictures are great and bring back loads of memories for us.

If you're going back north up the west coast (and if you're visiting Franz Josef/Fox Glacier there aren't many other ways to go), Hokitika (just south of Greymouth) is one of the best places to get greenstone souvenirs (and you can pan for gold there, too).

And for a change from visiting vineyards, try a look round Monteith's Brewery in Greymouth instead!

If you want a difficult game of crazy golf, try the one at Picton near the ferry terminal. And watch out for the sand flies on the South Island - they'll eat you alive!
