Hey guys, hope all is well. Israel is cool, still really hot, I have travelled about a bit, and spent some time in Jerusalem in the old city and the little streets and the market. So interesting to see the dynamics and way of life there. The tensions can be seen and the tourists go on as if nothing is strange. I spent a while chilling in a Palestinian cafe watching people and eating falafel.

Not long to go til I'm back in the uk, so goig to enjoy the beach and have also indulged in some quality beer drinking by the sea.....
