Today we went to the Greek Island of Santorini. The island are made up of volcanic rock. We caught a ferry from our big cruise ship to the port of Fira. Next, we had to get on a cable car to get to the top of the mountain where the town is. On the way up you can see some remnants if old buildings on the side of the cliffs. You can also walk up 584 stairs or catch a donkey but we were told the donkeys like to scrap up against the rock wall so you can get hurt. O...

We are at sea all day today. We started off by going in the spa then the weather turned cold and raining so we had lunch and came inside. The ship is going up and down a fair bit.

Today we caught a fast train to Rome.The train ride from Florence only took about 1.5hrs.The ride went through the middle of the 'Tuscan' countryside.We saw heaps of castles in the countryside. Today we went into Florence City. We walked with a guide for 3 hrs looking at the sights. There were lots of old buildings and churches with lots if artwork. We also saw lots of statues. It was tiring. We did some shopping. Gabe got a jacket from the Ferrari store and he was very excited. Mum got some nice clothes and some leather gloves. There were a lot of leather shops. After we got home and had a snack we went to a lookout called "Piazella Michaelangelo"....
