We have now arrived in Chengdu after a 16 hour train trip!!!! We have not seen much of the city as we arrived at 3pm this afternoon. We are going to go to a club tonight with 8 of our friends, 6 of which we met in Beijing!! Tomorrow we plan to go and see the panda's, but that depends on what time we get up at!!! We are waiting on our swiss friend Miriam, who arrives tomorrow morning from Xian, so we will probably wait and see the panda's and budha with her. We are a bit down tonight as our friends Adam and Juliette who we have been travelling with for over a week leave for Hong Kong tommorow night. They say they will come and seen us in Ibiza, but it will be a bit strange without them!!! i know i keep saying that i will put our photo's up, but the internet is really slow in this hostel(really slow!!!!!!!!!!!!), so will probably have to go to an internet cafe tomorrow. The hostel that we are staying in tonight is only 45 yuan each per night, which is 4.50 euros or about 3 pounds!!!!! also the beer is only 25p for 600ml here!!! so we are going to have alot of drinks on the hostel terrace and then head out to a club after. Incase anyone is wondering the time in china is 7 hours ahead of Britian and six ahead of Spain. the temperature is about 17-18c, so i have been wearing shorts and flip flops!
