Picked up at 10.30 from Hotel Hahn in Munich, met fellow tour members, travelled to Weilheim, dropped off luggage and went for lunch. Lunch at a German beer garden on top of a hill with great views of the alps. After lunch we stopped off at pub to watch the German Moto GP. Then went into town to light a candle in the church to bless our tour, followed by icecream in the square. For a very old town it was remarkably clean and tidy.

Back to the accommodation to settle into our rooms, followed by a meat feast for dinner, known on the tour as death by meat. We went for a walk in the country side to help digest the dinner.
