Becky Bravo's Adventures
I am here at the airport, quite early for my flight, just waiting to board my plane. I had to return my rental car at 2pm even though my flight doesn't take off until 6:20pm, but if I returned my car any later since I picked it up at 2, they would have charged me for a whole extra day. But it’s all good, it gives me time to blog.
So, here are some stats for my east coast trip:
Total Miles driven: 2,277
Money spent on Lodging: $97.16
Gas: $198.33
Food: $130.00 (rough estimate)
Being able to cross off 7 more states and only have one more to go and be able to rub it in my parent’s faces that I visited all 50 states, and they haven’t?
PRICELESS!!
Just kidding mom and dad! But they never let me hear the end of it when they went to Australia and I didn’t get to go. But in all seriousness, I was traveling on a budget, and I got to do everything I wanted to and then some. All together for my plane ticket, rental car, food, gas, lodging and activities, I kept it under $2,000. And that my friends, is a great trip.
Thank you for following along my blog, I enjoy your comments (Melody!) and appreciate your thoughts and prayers for my travels. For my next big excursion I would love to hit up Australia. Brother Jon, wanna join me next summer? ;) Since my parents will be leaving me to pursue cheaper living in the North West, I may not have enough funds to support a huge vacation next summer. But rest assured, no matter where or when my travels take me, I will blog and post pics. And if you ever need travel advice, or perhaps some flowers arranged, let me know!!!

Melle You really should write a book! Did you hear that Michelle Obama is writing a book~"Spain on $75,000 a day" ?You did great on the expenses part as well as the planning, etc. I would offer to go to Australia with you (I have a college buddy there), but I do believe that I would "cramp your style" majorly. Stay well. Luv, Melody
