Sorry we haven't wrote in a while had a lot of early mornings and busy days. We went to Ankor Wat on Wednesday. Didn't realise it would be that big you actually need 3 days to look around it, but it's very beautiful, lots and lots of temples. So it was enough for just one day we booked a 3 day tour with a tuk tuk who took us around to see all the temples we didn't realise he would be taken us there on the second day so it got a bit continuous.
On the first day at Ankor wat we went to see one of the temples and wild monkeys lived in there they were so cute.
On the third day of the tour we were supposed to go to a floating village bit we had to get the bus to Bangkok at 7.15 am so the tuk yuk took us to see it on the 2nd day of the tour. The floating village was amazing, when it the wet season for 6 months of the year the river near the village rises and floods the whole of the village so istaed of moving home they build there house 20ft above the ground so it won't flood there homes and they take a boat to school. It was so funny to see they even keep there motor bikes in a wooden boat, and keep pigs in a floating cage. For the other 6 months of the year the dry season they just live as normal again on the ground. So we went on boat around the whole village and took a small wooden boat around the floating forest ha ha.
After we got back to Sien Reap we went to resturant that was a big buffet and a show with the Cambodian traditional dancing.
Yesturday we had to get up early to take the 10 hour bus journey to Bangkok, the bus was supposed to pick us up at 7.15am but like usually they were late we didn't leave until 9. When we got to the bus it wa full with one seat at the back and one at the front were people were sat with their luggage next to them and wouldn't move it , they finally did but there was no room in the boot of the bus for all the luggage by the was this bus was smaller than an arriva bus and there was about 30 people all with big bags and all go to Bangkok, so the driver just put all the bags down the aile so we were just trapped in our seat we were not happy, the only bonus was this was only for 4 hours of the journey until we reached the Thai border and then we swapped buses. We were so happy when we got of at the border , after the passport check we then walkin in rain to the bus we thought the other bus was bad this was worse in was a mini bus we were all soaked from the rain and there were 10 of us all cramped in for 6 long hours with the air con full blast ha ha got to laugh now.
Last night we went to Ko San road for a look around really nice so far. Today were going to do a cooking lesson and then tonight get drunk and find some lady boys for ha ha just kiddin.
