Today was a sea day so we had our room service coffee and then got dressed nicer than usual for a dining room breakfast. We were seated by a window and Kathi got to see some flying fish! It was pretty cool.

After we finished eating, she wanted to watch a movie in our room and I wanted to do a load of laundry and update the blog. I have to go down to the piazza area to get a better signal, so threw the clothes in a washer and headed down. As a side note, this ship has a really nice laundry room...several washers and dryers, a flat screen tv to watch while doing your laundry and you can use your cruise card instead of having to bring quarters for the machines.

After updating the blog and finishing the laundry, we went to watch a fruit and veggie carving demonstration--see the photos, it's amazing what they can do in just 15 minutes!

Next up was bingo...we only needed 2 numbers to win the big jackpot, but we lost. :(( We had fun trying, though.

We decided to eat lunch in the main dining room instead of the buffet since we have nowhere we have to be. And another delicious meal was had by all.

We watched the rest of Gone Girl and then it was time for happy hour--we were early but could barely find a seat. We had no sooner sat down than another couple joined us. We all placed our orders and we got our drinks but they had to wait for 40 minutes for theirs. The woman complained nonstop until Kathi could take no more so we left and had some wine out on our balcony.

It was formal night again so after a bit of primping, we were out the door for lobster and prawns! Yum yum! I also ordered an entree of Beef Wellington to share -- we made our own surf and turf.

We waddled back to our room to change back into comfy clothes and went to Movies under the Stars to see Alexander and the Terrible Horrible No Good Very Bad Day. Cute movie.

We change back to the Eastern time zone tonight--which will be nice since we have an early massage scheduled for tomorrow.
