Hello! Finally managed to find time to get to a computer but I do have to go to a meeting in a minute so must be brief! Probably shouldnt have bothered writing that really.. Ecuador is awesome, had a few nights in Quito which is a crazy city, awesome nightlife and quite spectacular in places. Now we are sitting in a valley under a volcano in Banos which is just crazy! We are surrounded by rainforest on on all sides! Yesterday we went white water rafting and did an extreme zip line, which I managed to video so Ill post that somewhere soon! It was EXTREME!!
