Ok so I am sorry that I keep doing blogs for the same day I just have to write things down as soon as it happens so I don't forget!!!

So after my sleep I went back down to the beach for a longer walk. I was jetlagged and didn't realize the time but look at my clock and it said 7.00 pm! I didn't really care and thought it would be nice to walk from Venice beach to Santa Monica in the evening and it started out that way. The sun was setting and there were heaps of people around enjoying the start of summer. Rollerblading, playing volley ball, sitting in the sand, surfing and evening working out on the free gyms!

A guy came up to me as I was walking and asked me where I was going, and I said Santa Monica. He was like omg your walking all that way!?!?!!! I could see it from where I was so was like yea, if can't be that far I can see it!

Haha

He walked with me for a bit but left when I told him I had a bf, typical and by the time I actually got to the famous pier it was almost complete night time!

The walk back was even longer and quite scary because all the nice people on rollerblades and other tourists had dispersed and all that was left were hundreds of homeless people all getting ready in swags and tents. I was scared but also quite interested in these people!

I the grabbed some subway, the only thing around that wasn't a burger or fries and am not in my room.

THINGS THAT I HAVE NOTICED ABOUT USA TGAT ARE DIFFERENT

I know I haven't been here for long but there are few differences I have seen

1. Food. It's cheap and big, I got a six on subway, with steak and cheese plus a huge diet coke for 5.50. Don't even get me started on the even cheaper takeaway joints

2. This is pretty mean but people seem dumber here - it might just be venice beach, I mean there is a lot of pot around

3. People are really friendly!

4. Boys are a lot more obnoxious and forward here, plus I notice chicks were never by themselves! Very interesting!
