Hi all, In Inverness working as a marshall in The Adrenaline Rush adventure race. The race covers over 450 km split into hiking, cycling and kayaking stages. Lasting over 4 days, there are around 25 teams of 4 competing. I am marshalling at a check point on Loch Ness, its a beautiful spot not far from Eilean Donan castle, pictured. More later!
