Just found time to update you all on yesterday. We left Heathrow a little later than planned and the pilot seemed to run into some kind of pot hole on the take off runway, I was not impressed, nearly pooed myself. Other than that, all was great until we got to US immigration and then Dollar Car Rental, who both took ages!!!! Dollar seemed to have lost the car we booked and after some "discussions", a good alternative was made available.
The room at the Hard Rock Hotel is great. I have a picture of Jimi Hendrix on the wall!! It is a little noisy here, loads of music but great fun for us all. We were very tired and in bed almost straight away - some of us had been awake over 24 hours!
