We had an early start but the temperature today wasn't too bad only 28. We headed to the cemetery, was looking for a grave of a girl I spent a lot of time with in Primary school, her name was Myra. She never left Longreach and I found out she died when she was 50ish. Sadly I didn't find it. DAY 4 Charleville to Longreach 512k Via Augathella, Tambo, Blackall Barcaldine and Ilfracombe (the home of the Govenor General) Started the day with breakfast in Charleville, great little café, beautiful homemade pies.
