So you think that noone looks at this site? Well some do, we only found out about it the other day from your mum.
Seems you are having a great time and I'm sure you will have a great time in Morocco. I spent a month there in 2000 with a mate and a 4X4 Pinzgauer. Spent time in the Riff Mountains and Med coast being chased by drug pedlers and having the police poke rifles in our face thinking we were the pedlers! Fes was great then Erfould and Erg Chebbi. We then followed a piste along the Algerian border through Zagora and Zguid and up to Marrakech. Don't miss the night market in Marrakech, great food, plenty of snails and other animal bits to try!
Great country and would go again......as long as you can handle the constant pestering!!
Jane Henry and I will be over in Europe later in the year so may catch up. Intending to do Northern Spain and possibly around the Black Sea.
The weather is cold here, 8 degrees at Inman Valley the other day and wet, you should be in good weather there.....even though I can remember spending a whole day digging ourselves out of snow in the mountains some 300 km SE of Fes in October.
Have a great time

Hi everyone we have spoken to Emma this am from Morocco. She is in an hotel and can see the port ,the ferry over was 3 hours. She has 9 people on the tour with her 7 aussies and 2 american ,18 - 30 years old. She used her French at customs and remembered quite alot. There were chooks running around free for the ferry. On the local bustrip from Cost Del Sol there were Gum trees and palms every where. They went on all the back streets picking up the locals and had fun. She sounds well and happy and sends her love to everyone. She is keeping a diary while it is quiet and clean she is not sure about while they are on the dusty bus with no windows so we will get a good email when she finds a computer again in a week . She sends her love to everyone . Cheers Wendy (mum)
