We drive back to London today, I book my first backpacker for tonight stay, my 306F pod at Picadilly backpackers. It's an experience all on it's own & has set a very low standard. Hoping backpacker outside of London get better. Day trip involved Tate museum, Shakespeare's globe theatre, Trafalga Square & Kings cross station. Tate was full of modern art & the only room I liked was Andy Warhol, the rest were the splattered page paintings I am yet to understand as artistic. The globe was amazing, from the outside £10.50 tours are a bit much for a walkthrough. If I am going to pay then my Lifelong dream to see Hamlet performed at the Globe would be more worth the money. Photos with the lions at Trafalga Square & stopping at platform 9 3/4 at kings cross for Harry Potter was great fun.
