So aside from sleeping for the last three days I have not been able to do much else. Food is still my enemy at this stage & I am starting to loath the sight of boiled rice or potato. I delayed my flight by a week after freaking out about passing out on the flight & being left in airport or hotel. Which I am so glad I did considering how sick I have been & that I would be in some strange backpackers right now instead of dying at my mums house with someone to watch over me. The feeling that someone could easily bash me with a feather is more than unsettling & I feel weak as piss. My focus now is to be 100% by this coming Wednesday so I can survive my flight & find a place to stay in England when I get there. So healthy eating, sleeping & strict no rocking out until I get to England is the plan. Ready… Healthy
