We are now with our motorhome at Wonga Beach near Mossman Queensland Our day started at 2 00 am to get our flight to Cairns so dinner has been cooked ( with the help of a tiny green frog in the kitchen sink :-) ) washing sorted and now bed is calling with the air conditioning on and a very interesting book .......thank you Sheila x It is much hotter and more humid here but they are so good at their campsites ......all the facilities are amazing! Big day tomorr...

Well it's 03:30 in the morning and we have just arrived at Melbourne airport ready for our flight to Cairns to start the next leg of our trip in the motor home !!! Hope the weather on the way down from north to south on our drive is not as bad as being reported !!!

Going to Philip Island to see the penguins ! Going across the bay on the Geelong ferry and hopefully be counting penguins tonight !! We also plan to stop off on the way to see some Koala's before we eat and then to the sanctuary !!

Today started off bright and early with a trip to the laundry, then breakfast in the sun. After a short drive back along the coast road we found some wonderful viewing points to take stunning photos of the area. The coastline scenery was out of this world and a wonder to see. We did a "Bunny hop" routine along the coast until lunch in Apollo Bay (very nice) and then carried along a very winding country lane type road through the trees untill arriving in Geelong ...
