We are now on our way to The Gold Coast
We didn't see the Japanese house , the Lockyer Valley winery or the market :-((( We now know why this part of Australia looks just like England....... Because it never stopped raining in 2 days or nights! The rain was endless ranging from a heavy damp mist to hours of thunder and lightning ! We made the most of it by catching up on the household chores and cooking ;-) It is amazing what culinary delights spring from a frying pan and 2 fairly small saucepans when you are bored lol Oh and a microwave too! The boys even had fresh cream cakes ,so they were quite happy and actually it was good to be in the same place for a while to relax and enjoy some free time
Today Trev and I have been married for 45 years xxx We are all hoping to celebrate with a lovely meal by the sea tonight with maybe a ray of sunshine ......but however the evening pans out we will enjoy all being together on our adventure xxx

Stop press .... It is still raining but we had a lovely anniversary meal and are now back in N S W and one hour further away from you all again!
Let,s hope the sun comes out tomorrow as we are beside a bay where dolphins apparently play and it would be soooo good to see them :-)))
