Entering the Casilliera del Diablo
The cellar of the devil. When Don Pedro (the founder of the estate) started storing his best wines in this cellar, he found that his wine collection was gradually dwindling, and he suspected pilfering by the villages. He coined a story that there was a devil in the cellar, and from thence, no further wine went missing. The name Casilliera del Diablo stuck, and is now used for storing the Cabernet Sauvignon from the Puente Alba vineyard.
