At the Moon Temple, comprising 5 layers of temple built from mud bricks. Each level is built on top of a prior level when there is a change in power, the older layer being buried over in mud bricks, and only the topmost layer is used. The photo shows the 5th layer on the top, and the excavated 4th layer beneath. Each new layer is fashioned after the prior layer in design, including the wall murals.
