Sawadee folks. We have arrived in Thailand via Singapore. It's hotter than the pizza oven at the Chip Chick Inn, Anniesland. We spent the first 2 days in Bangkok. At this time I don't want to talk about any activities that took place in the city of a thousand chickboys, but all will be revealed at a later date on DVD format. It's dirt cheap here.For example, bottle of coke(original glass bottle) is 9 bhat or 13p!!! Last night me and Aud had dinner at our hotel in Phuket and it cost 4quid for a 2 course meal for the 2 of us.Oh, and Stew so far has bought himself 4 football strips!!!! Aud haggled with a wee Thai Granny 2 nights ago at a market stall for a chinese style dress.It was hilarious. We then got on a 'plane' to Phuket. At check in we asked for leg room and were assured we had got it. When we got onto the 'plane' we found out to our cost that the girl at check in had given us seats that didn't actually exist!!!! Anyways they moved us and the 'plane' had smoke coming into the cabin on landing!!! Scary stuff but the stewards looked like this happend all the time. Oh wel, it's off to the beach now which is a walk across the road. Life's tough here in Thailand. See you all in a couple of weeks(aw naw Aud has just screemed), can't believe the time is near to head home.Aud and Stew xx
