Hi Everyone. Hope all is well at home.

Well today we had to be out of the hotel by 4:45am to go and watch the sunrise over Angkor Wat. What a stunning spectacle. Have a look at the photos. Then we went to explore through the temple. Met some monks on the way. They are quite happy for all of us to take their photo. We spent most of the morning temple hopping. Stopped off to have a chat with the monkeys. They love bananas. You have to make sure that every monkey present gets a banana, starting from the biggest to the smallest, otherwise they get cranky. One of them adopted Shane and ended taking of with most of the bananas after he had already eaten lots.

Then we went off to the hot air ballon and went up about 200m. This showed a great view of Angkor Wat.

The rest of the afternoon was free, so the kids went swimming and then we all needed a rest. Well Georgie and i skipped the rest and went to the market instead. Geo has bought so many clothes and i am into the silver earrings big time. I mean they are only about $4 to $5.

About to go out to dinner again. All our meals are only about $3 each. The beer 50c and the cocktails $3. So it is fun and cheap to eat and drink.

Tomorrow we are off to Battembang. We are going by boat across the Tonle Sap. it should take about 6hrs. No toilet, they say to hang your bum over the side. Hmmm, think i might wear a skirt......

Well going to go as dinner is waiting. Will let you all know how we go tomorrow.

Oh when we catch the bus to Bangkok, we are going to watch Tomb Raider, just so we can see where we have been, should be good.
