just for those of you who we haven't told or we've told but are easily forgetful, heres a list of what we're going to try and cover on our adventure. We fly out to bangkok on the 14th of feb (valentines day) and over the next 3 and a half to 4 months we hope to visit thailand, cambodia, vietnam, malaysia, singapore, new zealand, fiji and japan. Then arrive home just in time for the english summer.

Well we are now well and truley settled in new zealand and it is awsome, the scenery is simply stunning, all around you and hugely diverse from waterfalls, to glaciers, to mountains and beache…
Thats right we are now in new zealand (which means im actually writing this from tomorrow......creepy) this is the land of the haka, sheep and a suprisingly british feel, including the weather…

As always, you made me laugh out loud (although why I am laughing about my baby flying through the air on a trapeze without a harness, I do not know). Fiji sounds fab. I think Pinner will seem very very boring when you come home. I will try livening things up with mini assault courses through the garden, but don't think it will quite be the same. Love you. Mx

Sounds as though the fun lives on. I hope you realise that dressing up in ladies wear in Pinner is just not the done thing. I shall be checking my wardrobe very carefully when you come home to roost. I won't ask why the pub is called poo but wise choice in wearing a nappy. Sounds like Chris had a lucky escape - never work with children or animals. What date do you leave for Oz? So so glad you've arrived safely. Guess you will have to take on board a climate and culture change - but how I envy you. You are now in the country I have most wanted to visit for most of my life. Wish I could join you. Not sure about the skydiving - don't think you are insured, but let's face it, you wouldn't be needing it if a skydive went wrong! Can't you just do some incy-bincy little jump into a ball-pond or cushiony thing? How's poor Chris - foot better now? Stay well - and enjoy those woolly jumpers! Love Mx

Didn't I tell you always sleep with your back to the wall! That way they can't sneak your kidneys away in the night, whilst at the same time preventing other such "behind your back" activities aka swedish sex tourists. I think there was one of those in Morrisons the other week but I soon dealt with them. You scare me to death with all your adventures - take care. Hi Harry, well done on getting your PADI OW certification, theres alot to it. £150 is very cheap, they usually cost £300-£400. And you got to do a night dive aswell, rawwr they are awesome!

What do you mean you are staying until 20th June - there is only so much positive energy a woman can generate and most of ours was used up for your driving test! Stay safe - keep away from the dogs (of all varieties!) but most of all have a fab time.

Sounds like you are having a blast! If you are going to have your camera stolen - you might as well do it in Thailand - and waht better place to leave your clothes; most people seem to settle for leaving them in McGill's....

I read your latest blog and I'm so glad your living the dream. Sometimes the very thing you have looked forward to so much is a disappointment - but you and Chris must be amazed at how great your trip is so far. Now I know that I'n in charge of Health & Safety - but got to say watch out for those boats, there's nothing odd about wearing your own life jacket 24/7. Now I know we always like to set the trend and yes everyone has a thai bride these days - but a 13 year old laos might take some explaining - good escape but why the torn trousers? two separate stories I hope?
